Comments:
whew! did a few minutes of run at 5.0 then walk at 3.5. keep normal 4.0 pace through most of the walk.
last 7 minutes-5 were incline of 3 & 5, last 2 minutes were at speed 1.0 but walked backwards and a bit sideways
