Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went down to the outdoor track again for the workout with Coach Sylvester. Warmed up pretty good with drills and some striders. Then changed into spikes for a couple quick 200's with a 200 jog in between. Basically all out sprinting for me. I ran a 25 though which is the fastest I've ever run a 200 in. After that we did a lap recovery then 3 miles of lane 8 tempos with the jog out to the stagger as recovery. Target on those was 80 to 83. Honestly these were really easy just kinda strided even on the last ones when we picked it up some. Pretty much just comfortable for the tempos.
Workout stuff: 200's 25, 26, Lane 8's 83,83,81,81,80,80, 79,79,78,77,76,75. Thats what I remember I didn't time the intervals for the lane 8's just the net time
Static 1 and Eagle with 15 pushups after.

Resting Heart Rate: 52 fluttering a lot in the morning again.
Slept 8 to 8.5 hours. Early night again for me
