Kept it on the shorter end today to make up for yesterday. Ran up to Rosedale on side streets and back on Reno. Felt find, calves hurt as usual. I think I need new shoes, not that that will fix my calves, but maybe it will help a little. I don't think I've ever done more than 2 or 3 runs before official summer runs start, so I'm very happy with my dedication so far this summer and where I am training wise! I can't come to STA tomorrow, but I'll be there Tuesday. Very excited to start the lead up to XC!!!
