iggy race... get the feet moving

So we obviously haven’t specifically trained for this type of distance lately, but I do think you’ve done some specific workouts that show you can have a good one!!!
I hope you I n no way expect you to run 7:35 pace like last year, but I do think if you take the first mile out in around 8 min to 8:30 You’ll feel pretty comfortable and be able to maintain things from there.

Either way, today is just about moving the legs faster than ULTRA marathon pace;)
