Weather: 70s and some humidity
Comments:
Met Jack "The Manager" Rudnick outside his house at 7:30am and we ran west down his street and Norfolk until we accessed the trolley trail near NIH and took it out to the first Beltway overpass. A brief stretch and turned back Other than a detour out to Old Georgetown when I got confused at Norfolk, we came back as we'd gone out. Paces was easy early on as I loosened up, but probably got down below 7:30s for the last few miles. Felt like an honest clip for me, and Jack was patiently staying right beside me. We had a nice chat and it was a good way to start the day. Right upper hamstring/core was tight when I awoke as it has been since Monday afternoon, but not bothersome while running.
