broke my middle toe on my left foot yesterday at ninjabe running up the warped wall. It appears I can still run, only a slight pain. ran early in the morning to try and beat the heat but the heat didnt go away from yesterday. 90 min loop from the casa thru arbutus and up maiden choice with the add on section. pretty hilly run
