Comments:
Well actually it was just one run, but I felt like such a pile of shit for the first half. Then when I turned around to begin the second half, I happened to turn on to a path at the same time as this one REALLY cute girl that was also running. We happened to be going at about the same pace (she must've been doing tempos or something) and naturally I wasn't about that so I had to Go Flex and drop a couple of 6:30's to show who's boss. And sooo the second half of this run felt really good. Weird. Maybe it's just taking longer to get my legs warmed up because I am forgetting to regularly get out of my office and walk around a bit every day.
