Comments:
I'd wanted to run in the morning, but had to stay home with the girls. Ended up running with Aidan Urbina, Sophia Charles of NCS, and Jeff Sunshine Elias. Took Whitehaven trail form Mass to Glover and returned up Cathedral Ave. After ten minutes of dawdling, I added on 13 minutes around Cleveland Park with Jacob G. and Jack R. Pace was controlled throughout, but nothing felt easy with this heat, humidity, and bad air.
