Comments:
Hill workout at the park. 1 mile warmup. 6x bull run hills, about a little over quarter mile to top of pure bill and then back down. Was taking about 2:45-48 to reach the top. Great hill workout in preparation for next weekend. Should do more hills like this. 1 mile cool down.
