Comments:
Went out today with Tim for my cutting mileage long run. I melt really tired and sore towards the beginning of the run but things got a lot better as it progressed. This is pretty much how I felt all day. We ran a lot of places I've never been before which was fun and talked good talks too. Just kinda chilled the whole time. Not a bad run overall. Definitly sore toady from the 200's yesterday. Coach Sylvester canceled team practice for tomorrow so I think I'm going to run the Phi K Satruday pretty hard.
Hurdle mobility stuff after lifting
Bear with 15 pushups between (moved to ten late in the set) and Static 1 after
3x15 dips before bed
Missed my resting heart rate this morning:(
Slept 8.5 to 9 hours gotta love Thursdays
