Dunno what was in to me today. Maybe my body was just warmed up really well from the bike, or maybe it was from the caffeine of the 2 mountain dews I drank shortly beforehand, idk. But I absolutely murdered this workout today. Best swim for sure since coning back after taking almost all of May off.

I did 3x1000 on the 15:00. Pretty standard. I hit 13:05, 12:55, 12:50 for an avg. of about 12:57. I guess my fitness has arrived. Just took about a month.

The other time I had a really good 3x1000 workout was back on April 17 when I averaged 12:56. Good to know I am officially back.

Just hit over 100 miles of swimming on the year. Very nice. Last year I totaled 147.44. Definitely aiming to beat that.

Also safe to say I am SO ready for Door County next week!
