Weather: Outside - Cold, but nice - 10:30 P.M.

Comments:
Felt absolutely awesome for the first 3 miles. In fact, I felt so good that I was under 30 minutes after 3 miles. The problem was I got the worst cramps 3 miles in...you know the ones where you can't breathe? Anyway, with the kidney stone just getting peed out the other day and only eating an apple, yogurt, 2 hardboiled eggs and a chicken breast today with loads of coffee I just didn't have the energy to make it through at that pace. Have to add more calories...I've plateaued on the weight anyway. Can't seem to get under 230 pounds no matter how little I eat. Anyway, not a bad time for me.
