Comments:
Great workout this morning in the pouring rain. 8 x 800 meters between 2:35 and 2:40. Felt really comfortable, more so as the workout progressed because my legs gradually loosened up, I think. Rest consisted of one lap around the track, which took about 2 min. Work was canceled today, so I was able to get in some good stretching following the run. Two mile warm-up, two mile cool-down.
