Comments:
4 x 1000 on the levee then 5 x 800 on the IM fields in spikes. I felt a little sore from the get go, but I was rolling pretty well. It felt awesome to run fast on the bermuda grass in Vent II's (or vent II plusses if you're Tyler and don't know anything about spikes).
