MUCH better run than yesterday. Did it right off the bike. Wasn;t very hot - really cloudy - but the humidity felt unreal.

I just about peed my shorts from laughing when while listening to PMT today Big Cat called instagram girls a "THOTourage". I really like our term of "thottle" but I am also really digging this "thorourage" action.
