my baby is back

My S8 came in the mail today finally. Man, this last week and a half of using an iPhone 5 was torture. So happy to have my baby back.

Went out and did 3xMile tempo just to remind my legs what sub-6:00 pace feels like. I think I accomplished that well, hitting the following:

5:30
5:25
5:36

I took approximately 1:00 rest in between each. Forgot to bring a second watch so I just counted to 60 in my head.
