did a warmup form the house out and back on the trail about 2.25. Since it was 90+ degrees this afternoon we stuck to the shortline trail by the house. 4x800 with 90-120 s rest, then 4x200 by feel. Odd is slightly downhill, even is slightly uphill. 2:22/2:355/2:24/2:34. the 200s felt awkward. cooldown about 1.25
