Comments:
ran from my grandmothers house in reston and did 25 min of steady state. steady state itself felt ok though maybe too hard for what I was going for and then the cooldown after was really not fun at all and I felt bad. ran past a number of roads named after golf terms and one (clearly permanent) Temporary rd.
