Comments:
Now that I have built up a decent base, time to start getting some consistent workouts in. Today I did 2-mile tempo, 2:00 rest, 2-mile tempo. Kept my pace super consistent throughout. I am very very pleased with the result and didn't even feel very tired afterwards.
