If you're still reading this log @SeanVirden, "sup dude". I saw a picture of you on FB tagged in some foreign country and was just thinking "oh man, what are you doing?". I guess I could easily just ask you on the Gunson Chat, but I'll wait a few days and see if you read this. Looking forward to another untitled 3 mile run lol. But hope you're doing well SV and living up the corporate life style.
Anyways, today's workout was 2 mile warmup, 4 sets of (200m R, 200m jog, 200m R, 200m jog, 400m R, 400m jog), and a 2 mile cool down. Luckily I managed to not almost die today, so that was cool (well unless you count my long term disability quiz absolutely destroying me RIP).
I did the workout in a new park found from my run yesterday, so I did the 200s and 400s on some uneven grass with a slight incline and decline. I didn't like the new park as much as Adams, because the ground was really uneven. I kept rolling my ankle and by the end, my right was knee was feeling it a bit. I'm pretty sure I'm fine, but I have to be careful considering Culture III is going through a rough patch in terms of sickness and injury (S/O Lucas, Austin, and Paolo, don't die boys). So I'll keep an eye on that, but I'll probably be fine.
Overall solid workout, the splits were weird, but again I was more focused on the effort. Now back to studying :(
