Sweat or Humidity??

Comments:
Ran mostly with Oliver and Anthony, but Jonjon and Jack were with us for about half the run. Our first mile was 8:28 and it felt really good and comfortable. Our second mile quickly dropped to a 7:51 which still felt fine but a little less comfortable. The last 2.5 miles were pretty difficult for me, but it felt good to be working really hard. The air was really wet which made it hard to breathe, but the scenery was really pretty leading up to Connecticut. So far this summer by runs have been pretty flat, so I really struggled with the hills on this run. Hopefully, by the end of next week, I'll be able to knock out 45-50 minute runs without feeling this out of breath.
