**legs were so burnt and slight. Walking a few times just to shake out any lactic acid. Guessing the weekend plus 2 days off=yuck lol
Assuming you are going to get a harder type one in Thursday whether at clinic or on own, let’s take today to be just an easy breezy as you feel 4 miler;)
