Before flying to Montreal

Got up early to fit in this run before Lew and I headed north. I'd expected to run on Sunday to get to 40 miles for the week, but writing this on Tuesday, I can say that I bailed out of the running in Montreal plans in favor of time with Lew. We did several miles of walking on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, though, including a good climb up Mount Royal and back down. It was a nice weekend, even if I was too weak minded to reach my goal of 40 miles.
