Comments:
Still working on conquering the hour of hills at 15k pace. Getting better about the total time, but still not equipped for the hills. Today I canceled the hill at about a half hour and just ran it flat for another 20 minutes. Ever notice how treadmills only have you run up hills but never down?
Biked ten minutes before and after to warm up/cool down.
