Comments:
Ran with Anthony and Murph. Heard all about Anthony's trip to Montreal and how he and coach Ehrenhaft are the exact same person. Felt very steady and conversational. I kind of wanted to push the pace a little, but I didn't want to disrupt the relaxed steady run we were enjoying. It felt good to have a seemingly slow day that helped loosen me up.
