Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with Jacob, Litmans, Sophia Charles, Kyle, Simon, and one other STA boy. I felt really good and strong on this run. Jacob did a good job of leading us and making sure we all helped push each other and stay together as a group. We did our intervals as 2.5m-3m-30s-2m-1.5m-1m. I stayed in the middle of the pack for pretty much every pick-up, and I'm pretty sure I kept the same pace for each pick-up. For the most part, I felt pretty relaxed and in control. I definitely could have gone faster during the intervals but I didn't want to reach race pace, my breathing was getting a little heavy during the last pick-up, which was expected. Had a good conversation with Jacob about college running on the way back after we finished the workout. Did a long stretch and push-up progression and clams with Litmans after the run.
