feeding schedule: getting better

I figured out my feeding schedule better for today. When I got home from an actually really good day at the office, I inhaled some pasta. So after this bike and the following run, I was not starving like usual. The one good thing about biking is that you can eat as much as you want and feel fine.

I found this one dank country road loop that doesn't have much traffic and is quite hilly on a road called Riverside Rd. My avg. speed was only 19.5 mph but that isn't indicative of my effort for a bunch of reasons (some U-turns, heavy traffic while going through Verona to get to the country roads, nasty headwind on some uphills). I did hit a gnarly max speed of 42.3 mph though.

Additionally, I did another small loop around Epic.
