First run in a long time...

Felt horrible. Haven't ran since I don't even remember (last December?) I ran once in February I think, like 7 miles. Anyway this past year has been tremendously useless in terms of getting in shape. However I've been playing a lot of soccer since I've stopped running, once or twice a week for a couple of hours but it doesn't really help with endurance.

Anyway, this run was ridiculously hard, I couldn't run for more than 3.5 miles (sweating, very heavy breathing). It seems as though my legs are fine, but my lungs are working really hard. Anyway there is a hard start to every journey. Hopefully this will be good.
