Main set: repeat 50's
16x50 on the :45, fast every 4th
12x50 on the :50, fast every 3rd
8x50 on the :55, fast every 2nd
4x50 on the 1:00, all fast

Averaged about :32/:33 for the fast ones and :40/:41 for the others. Good workout.

There was an obese autistic kid splashing around in the lane next to me making lots of weird noises and staring at me. Kind of weird. I was honestly worried that this kid might drown and his parents didn't appear to be anywhere in sight. But everything turned out alright and he never encroached into my lane or anything.
