A Legendary Milkshake?

Today, I ran 10 miles down River Trail and back with Liz biking with me. The run didn't feel great, my legs felt a little beat up from the workout (which is sad, because @BJ's splits from his equivalent workout shit on mine smh). I still managed to run a pretty decent pace, but I definitely wanted to run more mileage. I'm gonna try to double tomorrow and hit 50, but I'll just have to see how I feel.

Tonight, I'm hanging out with Liz, Tom, and Ryan. We're going to attempt to create the GOAT of all milkshakes with Gurnsey Chocolate Milk. If we successfully accomplish this task.... there might be no going back. Also probably drinking with Ryan, I'll keep you posted.
