Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Easy 4 miles..
BUT after the run or within the run, I want you to do 4x 100m or so fast strides.
This is simply for leg speed. Not all out but faster than easy pace and full rests in between each.
Also just FYI, 100m is equal to about 20 seconds or so
