so i was asked to be a sub coach for this chinese running club headed by eileen's mom...but i swear i was gonna run anyways.
okay i realized how much i miss running tbh. but i haven't been inactive! i did a lot of hiking in canada and rock climbing in between.
this run was super awful because the kids were slow (lol of course), and we took so many breaks. so i did a quick sprint at the end to make it the whole 35. i am tired and way too sweaty.
i promise to start running again.
