Isabel wanted to do another workout with me and I didn't particularly want to run after the way my runs have been going lately, so I led her through a lot of strength and some cardio again. She did well, I'm impressed. Nice to have company, though I'm just feeling bleh lately and working out is feeling like a real chore. We did planks, burpees, clams, pushups, crunches, wall sit, double leg bridges, leg throws, super people and some cardio like jumping jacks, line jumps, skips, and a few sprints.
