Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was sleepy, did not want to get up, but my alarm was set and I dont want to procrastinate, so I went. It was so worth it. I could tell I have been antsy to run recently. No one was out really that early, just went down to Rt 9, up to Lord Jeff, and back down Main st. Solid loop with a significant hill thrown in there. Coming back was much smoother. Felt refreshed, thats why I started the morning runs in the first place. Take the time to get a little extra.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Feeling awfully inflexible after the run. Stretching was tough. I think its been the lack of miles and the post GRC binge. Well now, its straight grindin season. Get it.
