Weather: 6:20 p.m. 90 and less humid

Comments:
Started at Sequiota Park. Rode to Matt and then we rode North and then West over Battlefield. Then back South to Veterans Cemetery. Then just rode back and around the Park area for awhile. A good ride and hamstring not too bad on the bike.
