Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
A cute little speed based run as we get back into things
Warm up 5 min easy jog
Then:
Let's shoot for this pattern if possible
Jog 1 min easy
Run 1 min a bit faster
Walk 1 min.
This is a 3 min. Set that I would like to do 6 times for a total of 18 min of run/walk

I did the workout and made it to 3 as a cool down at the end
So this is not that long of a workout but I am looking for you to change speeds with the one min jogs and one minute faster pieces.
You certainly don't have to go all out but say for example you are jogging the easy min. at around 9:30 min pace, the faster minute should be around 8 min pace.
That's just an example.
