Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Gave myself the option of running either four or seven during the run--and opted for four. It was so hot and gross out and my left knee kept having that nagging pain which I now really think is at the source of the discomfort in my left leg. Gonna keep icing and rolling everything. If it wasn't so disgusting out then I probably would've done the longer option and would've even felt better in my knee? Hopefully. Still got the mileage I needed for the week so it's okay. If all is well this upcoming week, I'll aim to go up to the mid/high forties.
