*forgot to stop watch at the end but part of cooldown so it doesn't matter...also, first jog interval was longer so i could get through an intersection before the next speed thing

Once again, This is completely by effort...please don’t look at pace or distance until the end...
You can certainly hit split and look at paces at the end but I really don’t want you worrying about pace especially if it’s especially humid out.
Whatever the paces come out to be they will be..!!;)

Warm up 5 min. Easy

Run 8 min. At threshold/tempo effort (think moderate)
Then go right into 2 min. Fast at Anerobic speed effort(meaning hard effort and you are breathing pretty hard)

Jog easy 3 min.

Repeat that 10 min set, 2 times for a total of 3 sets!!!

Cooldown easy 5 to 15 min. as much as you have time for.
I know you have a 5k on Saturday but I still want to get some work in so go hard but do t over do it pleeeze!
