Time Trial at Waneka

Weather: 50s, partly sunny.

Comments:
I ran about 1.6 warm-up, feeling kinda' stiff and a little blah. I ran from the start of the Waneka 3 mile course for the PR, and did the first lap of the lake to the lower road turn, and took the lower orad bakc'til 2 miles. I warmed down from there after a short walk. I managed 7:39/7:50 splits for a 15:30 total. Not bad, considering that I was feeling pretty dead.
