Long aqua jog with Rhianna. We did a workout where you do intervals starting at 1 min and adding 30 seconds each time up to 5 minutes and then back down. Didn’t feel like we were quite working hard enough but it passed the time. Tendon didn’t feel 100% during the aquajog
