Up and out. I got a lot of sleep last night, but still feeling sluggish. I think its the weather and humidity. It was still kinda foggy this morning. Almost as soon as I started out, I felt solid, like I should be out there on the streets. Its so worth it to get out, thats the hardest part. Came all the way up High St to Wildwood, then down Strong and back on Northeast. Thats a little tight with the early morning traffic but I was rollin at that time.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch out front, no real tightness. Maybe feeling a little dehydrated. Need to keep my water bottle full.
