Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
ran the middle section of a hike. it was rocky and it was definitely trail running but it was so much fun. agian, not the smartest thing I could have done but it certainly counts as ankle strengthening. it was challenging but I had a blast. hike was probably 10ish miles total with lots of up and down, so plenty of exercise today
