I didn't have wifi all last week and then didn't log the last few days that I did, so it's been quite a while since I've been on here. I'm also quite annoyed because mappedometer.com, the undisputed best mapping site seems to have crashed or been taken down or something and I've just spent 15 minutes trying to find a site to replace it, which doesn't seem that hard, but let me tell you IT WAS! I will go backlog the last week tomorrow because I'm tired now. Today I had more time, and I've been skimping on run length lately so I did a long-ish run. It wasn't long by season standards, but because of my skimping, it was 15 minutes longer than I've been going and was slow and felt like a long run. I felt pretty good and am glad that my pretty pathetic last week of running didn't affect my inshapeness too much.
