Comments:
Took me a while to fall asleep late night because I was so riled up. I still got up and out. It was kinda dark right when I got up actually, foggy too. Held a solid pace throughout, felt pretty comfortable actually, can start to see the miles. Going up the hill was easy so I just coasted down.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch out front when I got back, grass still covered in dew. Ankle a little on the tight side today. I have not been working it specifically all that much, but its been moving around on the runs.
