Hills with Grant - Legs (quads) still feel bad but are feeling a little better, hills don't help.
Second half of run with Olly, Keegan, Grant, Etc.
Felt good.
Cooldown with Olly, and Keegan felt pretty good, lagged a little at one point but just pushed through it and felt pretty good after that.
