Oops this didn’t save the other day. Good thing I checked.
Looking for 15 miles today!

Run regular easy pace, but for every 9 min of easy running, I want to do a fast one min. Pickup.
So probably best to set it on your timer and just look at time, but run 9min easy, 1 min fast. Run 9 min easy again, 1 min fast... and so on until you hit an hour.

This is a true long run with anaerobic work. I highly suggest some Gatorade after 20 and 40 min and plenty of water as needed!

hot, humid, and sunny....was a difficult day for a long run.
Did the run...averaged around 9:40 pace..except mile 15 where I walked the last half mile (dehydrated and feeling a bit light headed)
