Weather: a little muggy

Comments:
I felt really good today. I ran on my own this week and set out at a solid pace of 21:40 for the first half. Got a little tired after that but finished well with the second half in 22:11. I won't run again on the ground until I race on Saturday. I'll probably swim on top of my workouts the rest of the week to stay loose.
