This one can be done Saturday or Sunday...
Looking for 12 to 13 miles.

Woukd be ideal if after a few miles you could push through maybe miles 4 to 8 to that of 10k or HM pace effort.
So obviously will depend on hills, weather, terrain etc., but the idea is to work it harder than easy pace.

Finish out the rest of the run easy and as you feel. No need for more than 12 or 13 if getting some hard stuff in there...
