Comments:
Starting off I was really tired and sore so I decided to take the workout easy in order not to hurt myself. Surprisingly as the workout progressed I felt really good. Rather than speed up significantly I kept a constant pace. I was moving up and passing people by the end. Afterward I felt quite satisfied. I'm going to rest my legs though cause they are still complaining.
