Comments:
No, really. Barely breathing bc I was going so slow. Don't think my heart rate got above 130. My *injury* pain is mostly gone so I was able to run, BUT, the *out-of-shape* pain is there. My legs physically could not go any faster than they did. Of course, this does not make me feel good about next Saturday but a lot things can change in 9 days. Bottom line though is I am so happy to be able just get outside and move my legs. Trust the process.
Also, my thighs have gotten noticeably larger from this past week of not doing anything. Mad chafe.
